Documentation Processing
Saving payroll expenses, we offer Title Application Processing for Illinois dealerships.
For dealers on a Monthly Retainer Agreement, fees are reduced as low as $5 per transaction. Otherwise, Illinois transactions are processed for $10 per transactions.
Additionally, dealers who pay a Daily Fee for On-Site Title Clerk Processing, discounts apply. Out-of-State transactions are charged $25 per transaction.

Illinois Dealers - on Retainer
Offering direct support to Illinois dealerships is our priority. We have a retainer plan for our direct services to save on transactions fees.
Retainer fees are as low as $500/month. This prepays for the first 50 title transactions received by our office. Thereafter, transaction fees are reduced by half for additional transactions, and itemized on a monthly statement.

Illinois Dealers - On-Site Services
Sometimes, a physical assessment of the dealership is requested to get things straightened out. For On-Site Services, our rate is $75/hour, capping at $750/day.
An hourly rate for transportation is $25/hour. However, the transportation rate is waived, if the capped daily rate is paid.
Combinations of On-Site Services and Retainer Services may be negotiated on a dealership or dealer group basis.

Understanding the lack of direct support from our State bodies, we offer a bridge to effortlessly produce the license and title needs for your transactions.
